Timebase calibration fixes. Improved startmol script. ASYNC_IO
used on 2.4 kernels (again). Networking bugfix (-tap was sometimes
disabled instead of -tun).

No longer trusts the timebase-frequency property completely. If it
differs too much from a fast userspace calibration, a complete
calibration is performed. The usecs_to_mticks conversion is also
much more exact now.
