Hmmm. When I rsync'd to 2.2.15pre4 (I think, pre-something), I had crashes
after the patching began. I solved it by applying the kernel patches
supplied in the mol rpm to my source and rebuilt the kernel. For some
odd reason, the kernel patching mechanism is rather finicky.
