When running MOL (in an Xwindow) sometimes my X environment screaches
to a halt. Panel won't move when you click on the arrows, launchers
don't work, yada.
MOL keeps running fine, and as soon as I shut down Moc OS- everything
I had been trying to do outside MacOS (such as open a drawer on the
gnome panel) happens, no more X being bogged.
This is new behavior after installing mol-0.9.48
It did not happen with mol-0.9.41 (which I was running 'till about
two days ago)
Beige G3, 333MHz, 192MB RAM, 256MB swap
mol has 96mb allocated to it in molrc
kernel 2.2.17pre13 with low level mol support
tcp/ip masquerading with ethertap (which is how you are gettin this
e-mail from me)
Like I said- I used mol-0.9.41 for a LONG time, quite extensively (I
do all my email thru Eudora) with it sometimes running for days.
Never had this problem.
With 0.9.48 I've experienced it twice now.
Anyone know what's up? Any suggestions (other than reverting to 0.9.41)?
