Subject: MOL 0.9.50: EtherTap Broken?

Hello,
I've recently upgraded MOL trying both 0.9.49 and 0.9.50. The EtherTap
connection that I configured for 0.9.41 appears to _no_ longer work. ( I
have been able to successfully update to 0.9.48, though.)
It may be that I don't know how to properly configure molrc, which has a
different look to it.
------------------------------------------------------------------
In earlier versions 0.9.41 and 0.9.48, this is what works (at least to a
degree):
disable_osi_enet: no
enet_interface: tap0
MOL output reports this:
osi_enet: Attached to network interface <tap0>
osi_enet: MOL Ethernet address is: fe fd 00 00 00 00
------------------------------------------------------------------
My best guess for configuring 0.9.50 is:
netdev: tap0
------------
or
disable_osi_enet: no
netdev: tap0
------------
or
disable_osi_enet: no
enet_interface: tap0
#netdev: tap0
#netdev: eth0
------------
None works and MOL output reports this in at least one attempt:
Ethernet Driver 'tap-<tap0>' @ 00:00:DE:AD:BE:EF
this, compared with the working setup, appears to indicate an error.
------------------------------------------------------------------
The directions for the new default molrc follow:
# Ethernet
####################################
#
# Note: It is currently impossible to configure
# multiple ethernet devices (the last one will be used)
#
# netdev: device [-sheep | -tap]
#
#netdev: tap0
netdev: eth0
How should I configure this to allow for my EtherTap to work as before?
-------------------------------------------------------------------
This is one test I did, I'm not sure what the configuration was, but they
all seemed to have the same results:

My EtherTap configuration follows the directions of Michael A. Peters'
site, with the exception that I am using an earlier approach he no longer
has posted.

I've actually tried the current method, but that doesn't work for me.
