Subject: insmod: Device or resource busy

After trying to load the mol and sheep_net modules with the insmod
command I get
/usr/lib/mol/modules/mol.o: init_module: Device or resource busy
(I also get a kernel mismatch error, but I know that will go away as
soon as I can compile MOL.)
Running startmol as root starts it normally, which is good, but I'd like
to avoid having to do the root thang.
(I had the modules loading at startup with the 2.4 kernel but have
scaled back to 2.2.17 for stability.)
