Subject: wrong time in Netscape in MOL

I read about a similar problem in a previous message, but
this is a more specific problem.
I'm running the new 0.9.45 MOL which shows the correct time and date
in the MacOS clock. But in Netscape Mail, the email messages' time
stamps are off by 8 hours. When running regular MacOS, the times
shown in Netscape are okay. (In both cases, the time stamps in
the message headers are correct.) So it looks like Netscape is getting
the wrong time from MOL.
