Dear Gurus,

Hi. I've got a G4/450 (the first rev), Mac OS 9.0.4, LinuxPPC 2000. I
had MOL .48 running fine, but the news about .50 convinced me to
switch. I downloaded the source.tgz, make clean, make install, updated
the /etc/molrc file, didn't use tap, used eth1 as before.

As root, typed startmol.

patched the kernel all right, then it started to complain.

First,

kernel module mismatch between mol.o and kernel (mol.o compiled for 2.2.14
something vs. LinuxPPC 2000's 2.2.15pre3)

and

kernel module mismatch between sheep_net.o and kernel (same problem)

Second,

kernel panic bad area.

Weirdly, I re-installed .48 and got the same messages.

What am I doing wrong?

Thanx,

Dave
