problems to start mol

hi!

ive got the suse 7.0 installation on a powerbook prismo here. when i start
mol, after editing the molrc file, i get following error message:

"
this kernel is not runtime patched.
trying to apply mol runtime patches
*** failed applying the mol-patches to the kernel ***
*** try 'startmol vmlinux' or 'startmol System.map ***
"

could somebody tell me what i have to do to get it running, etc.. i though
it would be not necessay to patch the kernel to get mol running, or am i
wrong?
