Arrow keys don't work

Im using a G4 cube with MOL 0.9.58 and my arrow keys and the Apple key
(the command key) don't work properly. The Command key does nothing,
the arrow keys give me an 'a'. I'm using:

keyboard_id: 2
use_linux_keycodes: yes

Though I had the same problem when I had 'use_linux...' commented out.

How do I fix this?
