   ==============================================================================
        '*' = known to be compatible '-' = known to be incompatible
        'p' = probably compatible '?' = might work
   ==============================================================================

The 1.8.1 version is the only ROM which is known to be incompatible.
(Well, the ROMs bundled with MacOS 8.1-8.5.1 are unsupported too, but this
is partially due to the fact that MOL is modeled after a B&W G3.
If I ever get my hands on a newworld compatible version of MacOS 8.1/8.5,
I might be able to add newworld support for these versions too.)

I'd like to get some help completing this table. In particular, it
would be nice if those who have access to 'p' marked ROMs could report
whether they work with MOL (the latest version) or not. Also, I'd
like to get information about ROMs bundled with new machines
(e.g. the new iBook).

It is possible to determine the ROM version by selecting "show info"
in finder after selecting the "System Folder/Mac OS ROM" file in
Finder.
