Apparently MacOS uses a straight 555 weighting on the colors it uses in
its 16bpp (really 15bpp) mode, so you have to use 15bpp depth on your X
server to have MoL show up correctly. Everything will be an ugly blue
color if you don't. XFree uses a 565 weighting in 16bpp mode, which is why
the colors get all screwed up.

I thought this was worth mentioning, since I'd seen it brought up before
on the list, but no one had ever really provided a solution to the
problem.
