Howdy -
In my never-ending quest to be able to use MOL fully, I've been trying to
get it to recognize and correctly handle my command key. When I run xev,
it tells me the command key has a keycode of 115, a keysym of 0x0,
NoSymbol, and that XLookupString gives 0 characters (i.e., the key isn't
mapped.) OK, I have no problem with that. When I run showkey, however, it
tells my it has a keycode of 125. I've been assuming (by scanning the MOL
sources) that the ADB keycode for the command key is 0x37 or 55 decimal.
I've tried using both
remap_key:
115
55
and
remap_key:
125
55
but neither allows me to use the command key in my MOL window.
Has anyone gotten this to work? Am I missing something? Details: LinuxPPC
Q4, Powerbook G3 Series (Wallstreet), Ximian Gnome 1.4, mol-0.9.58,
vmlinux-2.4.5-pre3. Wallstreet owners, unite!
