"Bogus" is a good word.  After having let my MOL session run for 
about 5 hours this evening, I came back to it and realzed that the 
clock had jumped AHEAD 34 years!  It was "now" July 7, 2036!  My how 
time flies...  The "date" command on the Linux side of things was 
accurate.

Weird...
