If you insert the CD before starting Mac-on-Linux, you can simply
specify it as a block device in the configuration file.  AFAIK the
only way to change CDs during the Mac-on-Linux session is to mount
them on the Linux side and export them to the Mac OS via netatalk or
somesuch.
