Unable to build Current BK Tree ...

Hello!

I'm trying to build MOL from the current BK Tree and I get this error.

Making all in deb

Previous incarnations of the BK tree worked fine.  I'm running YellowDog 
2.2 on an iMac 333, with 160mb's of RAM.  	


Thoughts ?
