mol and unresolved symbols

Hi,

I'm new to Linux and new to mol. I'm trying to run mol-0.9.64 on my 1999 
Powerbook. Whenever I start mol, I get the following error(s) and dialogue:

I'm running YDL 2.3.  I've customized the kernel to exclude Altivec 
support (hence "noav").  As the dialogue suggests, I've tried 
recompiling the the MOL kernel module. I've also attempted to rebuild 
the kmod package from the kmod-src package.  All of this to no avail. 
Does anyone have any suggestions?
