startmol --osx (but not on vt, only in window ONTOP of running X)

i've seen from the screenshots that some of ya'll fire up mol straight to
your existing desktop. i have a fairly vanilla install of mol that boots up
to console. what should i edit in /etc/mol/molrc.osx (or elsewhere) to get
the desired effect?

btw, thanx for helping me with the /etc/molrc -to- /etc/mol/ question
