Slow console video (was: Problem with mol on 7024-E30 - solved!)

Hmm... so what exactly are the symptoms? Is it only
the console that is slow or is the X-video mode
also affected? Are only certain operations affected
(folder animation, menu blinks)? What about icon-dragging?

Doing a 'top' while MOL is running on the console might
give further insight. MOL should not use any CPU normally...
