Q2. How to switch between Mac and Linux - and back

I will assume you are running mol in console mode (full screen).

If your system is setup as most system, you can get back to X (Linux)
with CTRL-ALT-F7.

CTRL-ALT F1 to F6 are 6 full screen text terminal
CTRL-ALT F7  X Server (Linux graphical system)
CTRL-ALT F8  Mac OS X

But you probably want to read also documents in /usr/share/doc/mol
