Hello
Just a note:
In an attempt to solve the boot failures that arise when updating
MacOSX to 10.2.4 we have upgraded to Debian's 0.9.68+20030208 instead
of the previous 0.9.67-1. After reinstalling MacOSX, it would boot
again, but networking was broken: browsing the web and using IMAP
would work, but mounting the linux filesystem using samba
wouldn't. Sometimes it would work once for a short time but after
changing virtual consoles it would be broken again up to the next
reboot.
Downgrading to 0.9.67-1 made samba filesharing work again.
(Going to try newest rsync version when I find time.)
Christian.
