MOL now supports SCSI (CD burners etc...)

MOL now supports generic SCSI. In particular, it is now
possible to burn CDs/DVDs under OS X (no MacOS 9 support yet
though).

IDE burners are supported through the ide-scsi kernel mechanism.

I would really appreciate it if as many as possible could give the
new code some testing. In particular, I would like to know
the iPod or other firewire devices that uses SCSI-like commands
work.
