Like I said, I don't know that it would work.  :)  But it couldn't
hurt to try.  Use cfdisk to make another partition big enough for
a CD (700MB should do it), assuming you have free space on your
hard drive.  Then use mkfs to format it as hfs.  Then use cp to
copy the contents of the CD to the partition.  Then edit the
molrc.macos file to boot from that partition.

Or maybe an easier way would be to find an older version of
MOL with the primitive (but working for booting) CD support.
Alas, I don't think I have it anymore.
