VirtualPC in MOL

hi,

I'm using ppc-mdk on ibook with mol 0.9.68. 
my macosX partition is hfs+. everything works fine.
running VirtualPC (for using w2k) in mol gives following error message:
Unhandled PowerPC exception: 0x300 Data Access Failed.
While googlin' around there was no answer on similar questions - so, does anyone know why VirtualPC does not boot the Win2000 emulation and how to solve the problem? or is it generally impossible?
