Using Sound Software in MOL

Hello all

 I just installed Reason on my MOL Mac OS 9.1 
I'm running Debian Linux 2.4.18 rc. The program launches and appears to be
playing music, but I get no sound output. :( My warning sounds and general
MAC OS sounds come out fine.  Are sound Apps supposed to work in MOL? Please
help.
