Cannot use right mouse button on 2-button ADB mouse

Hi! I am using a funky Kensington 2-button ADB mouse (yes, MOUSE, not one
of the more common Kensington 2+-button trackballs). The system
incorrectly sees the right button as the MIDDLE button, so I have to start
gpm with:

append="-B 213"

(in /etc/gpm.conf).

This works nicely, and X11 works because it's using /dev/gpmdata as the
mouse device.

However, Mac-on-Linux runs into the same problem as gpm... it sees the
right button as the middle button.

No good.

Is there a way I can manually remap the mouse buttons, either on the OS X
side (I am running OS X 10.2.x, "Jaguar") or on the MOL side?

Please help... many thanks!
