About previous message, I managed to install it.

Just how (very not ease to do).

Needed:
MacOS X 10.2.0 CD or DVD for installation
MacOS X Server 10.2.0 CD.

Ok, simply.

Install MacOS X 10.2.0.
Restart.
Install MoL drivers.
Restart and configure internet.
Upgrade MacOS X to MacOS X Server.
DO NOT restart.
Upgrade to MacOS X Server 10.2.5 or later (not tested on previous) using
software update or accumulative .pkg.
Now restart and configure OS X Server.

Why not install directly from the OS X Server CD? Because 10.2.0 version
(which is usely on the CD) hangs at first restart just finished the
installation, making that unusable.
IT IS NEED TO HAVE AN UPPER VERSION THAN 10.2.0 FOR OS X SERVER TO WORK
UNDER MOL.
