Problems with 0.9.68

I'm having problems with my upgrade to MOL 0.9.68.  I have an 800mhz
TiBook running 2.4.20-ben8.  Here's the startup log:

...I get the MOL logo in the MOL window, but no further progress is made
and my CPU stays pegged at >90%.  Anyone have any ideas?
