Trouble compiling mol-0.9.68 on ppc debian 2.4.18

I am trying to install MOL on my debian powerpc.  I tried the debian =
apt-get, but it would not install so I downloaded the tar and tried to =
configure and make the modules for this kernel.

Config went fine, but when I went to make, I got the following msg.  =

Any insight into this error would be appreciated.  Maybe as simple as a =
bad symlink? (I tried to set thelinks, myself).
