You need to explicitly select a mol-modules package matching your
kernel, and probably also mol-drivers for the Mac OS you are going to
run. For example with
apt-get install mol-modules-2.4.18 mol-drivers-macosx mol
If there is no mol-modules package that works with your kernel, you
need to install the mol-modules-source package and build your own.
You may need to do this anyway, and also roll your own kernel package,
because it looks as if your kernel is from a Debian package dating
from before the gcc 3.2 transition, and mol does not like this at all.
