Access to external drive (inc. CDRW)

I'm now running MOL .69 on a custom kernel, as per Samuel's indications.

Now I have problems accessing my external (USB) drive: I can see the CD/DVD,
I can write to it, but when I try to read (whatever I wrote the CD myself or
not), I get corrupted data.
Same for the internal CD burner: the disk is blanked, but no data is
actually written.

Things are working fine when booting OSX directly.

Any idea?
