The Mac in Mac-on-Linux stands for the virtual machine that
Mac-on-Linux emulates.  On that machine, you can in principle run
whatever operating system you like, as long as you get it to work with
the emulated hardware.  Right now, Mac OS, Mac OS X, and Linux are
supported out of the box.
