internal DHCP support in MOL

I have added internal DHCP support to MOL (i.e. there is no longer
necessary to run the dhcpd daemon). I would appreciate it if
the code could be tested a bit (the code is available through BitKeeper,
rsync or from the snapshot tar on the MOL download page).

Some other changes that have gone into MOL since the 0.9.70 release:

- CD burner support through the CDROM_SEND_PACKET interface (previously,
it has been necessary to use the now deprecated ide-scsi).

- A new Open Firmware (OpenBIOS)

- Quite a few internal changes primarily related to the OSX port
of MOL.
