Recompile mol-kmod ?

That's what I did and it worked, although I wouldn't bet any money on 
my setup or resolution of the problem. ;)

Maybe you missed some part of the MOL install when you deleted it. I 
deleted *everything* MOL related, including mol-kmods, as well as any 
cached RPMs and whatnot.
