Multiple users, multiple configs

I have set up what I'm calling a "MOL Server" for the others on my 
team who generally are not fond of Macs but do have occasional need 
to use them, if only for testing solutions.

I have a G4 running Ubuntu (Warty) and have carved up a large drive 
into several 10GB partitions, one per member of my team.  I have an 
OS X installation on each partition.

My question is: How do I assign unique molrc files per-user?  They 
will be attaching via SSH and running MOL in a window on their 
workstations.  But the molrc file needs to specify the boot 
partition, and that will be different for each user.  I can't figure 
out how to get MOL to look somewhere other than /etc/mol for this 
data.
