updates to hfsplus partition unavailable until remount

To do that I would need a way to mount NFS from within Mac OS 9.2.2 --
I'm assuming you're talking about OS X, but maybe you can suggest a
"classic" utility that does NFS?

I could install netatalk and share between them that way (I use
netatalk on another linux machine on the network, in fact), but I'd
like to avoid netatalk overhead on my desktop if I can.

Thank you for the suggestion... I'll try it if I cannot learn how to
get the hfsplus driver to update its cache. Maybe there's some sort of
mount option I can use....
