Compiling under 2.6 kernels

It really doesn't seem to want to compile on 2.6.11. I do vaguely remember
getting the BK version to compile on a 2.6.7 kernel, but none of the
versions I've tried have worked with 2.6.11 - the error messages seem to imply
some incompatibility with the kernel headers.

I'm using a custom compiled 2.6.11 kernel, so the full source is installed.
I've also symlinked /usr/include/linux to point to /usr/src/linux/include/linux
but can't seem to get any further with this. If I revert back to a 2.4.29
kernel, everything compiles and runs fine, with the exception that the
latest BK MOL doesn't seem to be able to start Mac OS 9.

Brian.
