0.9.71-pre8 & 2.6.17.6 - doesn't build

Comrades,

I have been unable to build MOL for the last few linux kernel versions.
Attached is the full typescript of my attempt to build.

The errors from make are:

if-tap.c: In function 'tap_open':

function)

Am I missing a required kernel module?
