This bug is related to VOIP.
$ apt-cache show linux-kernel-headers
[...]
Description: Linux Kernel Headers for development
This package provides headers from the Linux kernel. These headers
are used by the installed headers for GNU glibc and other system libraries.
My advice:
$ apt-get install linux-kernel-headers
This package is _not_ related to your running kernel but is neede to
compile many packages.
