Does the upstream version have most/all the Debian patches incorperated? Yes, all of them and more. As for your Sheep driver issue, that's mentioned in the Wiki: http://mac-on-linux.sourceforge.net/wiki/index.php/Installation_Instructions#Sheep_Driver_Note You shouldn't need the Sheep driver unless you need both TCP/IP and Appletalk. -Joe
