The PowerStation seems to have problems with some USB Keyboards in the 
firmware. The better way to get to OF prompt is by using the RJ45 debug 
serial port. You could use either an old serial terminal or another 
machine with nullmodem cable and minicom (linux) or hyperterminal 
(windows) as terminal emulator. Connection settings are "19200 8N1".

Press "s" while booting to get to OF prompt and there type "boot cdrom". 
et voila.
