A sincere thank you from the entire Terra Soft staff for making the launch of 
Yellow Dog Linux v3.0 the most successful ever. We enjoyed a stead 12Mb pull 
on our fiber backbone with 863,916 hits, 47,258 page views, 14,959 unique 
visitors, and 5.65GB of date transfer --from yellowdoglinux.com *alone*-- in 
just over 13 hours.

For those of you who like to brag about "old hardware ... new life": we are 
proud to state our primary webserver (which serves yellowdoglinux.com) is a 
rackmounted 400MHz beige G3 with 640MB RAM. It held up just fine ... as 
expected.

YDL.net is a success! with a steady stream of downloads and implementation of 
a second server (Xserve) to handle the requests.

The Second Edition of "Getting Started with Yellow Dog Linux" was FTP'd to the 
printer this afternoon. Upon receipt of the books, we anticipate shipping 
product the week of the 16th and free downloads via the mirror sites two 
weeks thereafter, as is tradition with our company.
