LOVELAND, Colorado - 28 June 2007 - Terra Soft's CEO Kai Staats will spend the
month of August in Nakuru, Kenya working with the Pistis Orphanage & Academy
to complete important projects for this children's home and school.

The Pistis Academy & Orphanage, Nakuru, Kenya (three hours northwest of
Nairobi) is a place for children without family. Former street children and
the especially poor receive a home at Pistis while Pistis itself struggles
with limited resources and facilities, including teaching staff for the
Academy. Beyond the basic schooling, meals, and crude housing, there are
almost no health or education programs currently in place for the children.

Student Project Africa Network (SPAN), founded by Truman Scholar Rebecca
Mitchell, offers a conduit between volunteers and Pistis to further the
construction of facilities, improve the foundation for education, and give
the children hope for something beyond their immediate needs.

Terra Soft's founder and CEO Kai Staats will spend the month of August on-site
at Pistis, working with Regional SPAN Director, Principal and general
caretaker Leonard Muyelele, his staff, students, and the local tradesmen of
Nakuru to complete critical projects. Projects in motion include electrical
wiring, the application of plaster and paint, the creation or procurement of
office and school furniture, design of a water storage and filtration system,
and design of a new building.

"The projects may be completed only if the funds are made available through
the volunteers. In addition to the funds donated by Terra Soft, I encourage
family, friends, and industry associates to support what I hope will be the
beginning of a life long relationship with Pistis, its staff, and the
children." --Kai Staats, CEO Terra Soft Solutions.
