[yellowdog-announce] YDL v6.1 delay to the public mirrors

Yellow Dog Enthusiasts,

We apologize for the delay of the publication of YDL v6.1 to the public 
mirrors. We had recently rebuilt the YDL.net server from which the mirrors 
pull, and apparently the rsync configuration has changed, prohibiting the 
mirrors from grabbing the latest version.

We are working on this issue now, and will have it resolved ASAP.
