YELLOW DOG LINUX PRE-INSTALLED ON QS22 CELL BLADES

TOKYO, Japan - 1 July 2008 - Terra Soft Solutions of Loveland, Colorado, USA
and Argo Graphics of Tokyo, Japan today announce a collaborative effort to
bring enterprise level support to Linux for Power architecture systems in
Japan, with immediate support for the IBM PowerXCell 8i 3.2 GHz based QS22
blade and the IBM Cell SDK.

Argo Graphics, an IBM Business Partner and long standing provider of HPC
systems for the Japanese market is moving to improve the quality of its Power
architecture offerings by incorporating Yellow Dog Enterprise Linux (YDEL)
from Terra Soft Solutions.

Yoneo Sawada, President and COO of ARGO GRAPHICS states, "We see potential to
improve our current offering by providing a Linux OS whose engineering team
is dedicated to the support and improvement of the Power architecture. Terra
Soft's track record is proven, a well suited partner for the existing and new
Argo customer base."

Terra Soft has provided Argo Graphics with license to pre-install both Yellow
Dog Enterprise Linux and Y-HPC. Argo will continue to engage customers with
direct, hands-on support while Terra Soft provides Argo with engineering and
customer support for the Yellow Dog Linux operating system and Y-HPC. An
unbeatable, just-works solution.

Yellow Dog Linux (YDL) is a CentOS/RHEL based operating system built and
maintained for ten years with 100% focus on the Power architecture. First to
market with a commercial distribution for Cell, YDL is the only Linux to
include the open portion of the IBM Cell SDK and install the runtime
environment by default. YDEL is readily installed onto a complete chassis of
14 QS22 blades in less than 3 hours from an x86 or Power architecture
headnode, saving time and resources over the competition's longer
configuration requirements.

Yellow Dog Enterprise Linux (YDEL) couples Terra Soft's operating system with
in-house engineering expertise and support for the IBM QS22 product line,
providing an exceptional end-user experience.

Y-HPC is Terra Soft's cluster construction suite which enables scalable, rapid
node image deployment across both x86-64 and Power architecture compute
nodes. Argo's incorporation of Y-HPC improves the ease with which Argo may
build and support its customers' clusters.

Kai Staats, CEO of Terra Soft Solutions states, "With the recent release of
the next generation IBM Cell Broadband Engine blades and the POWER6 chipset,
we are pleased to partner with such a capable company as Argo which moves to
expand its reach into the technically innovative Japanese market place."

IBM BladeCenter QS22, PowerXCell 8i based-blade, is a high performance blade
that extends and deepens the high performance scientific computing solution.
The QS22 provides very high performance with 460 single precision GFLOPS and
217 double precision GFLOPS per blade.

Argo is now taking orders for both IBM POWER and QS22 systems with YDEL.
