HPC Enthusiasts,

Fixstars Solutions offers a substantial HPC room and adjacent office / control 
room for lease, as follows:

 - 2400 sq-ft HPC room with workbench for system repairs
 - 600 sq-ft office / control room (with viewing windows into HPC room)
 - 42 x 42U APC 4-post (open) racks
 - 4 shelves per rack in place (if desired); removable
 - 3-phase, 90A, 220/110V per rack
 - dual 25T cooling (combined 50T)
 - dual-ring fibre optic backbone to building, 100 ft from major trunk
 - 1 to 100 Mb lines available to racks from fibre switch
 - flat fee per Mb with no total throughput charges

Fixstars Solutions desires to lease 1, 2, or all 3 rows of 14 racks for just 
$1500 per month per row, a potential for more than 500 1U systems. The entire 
facility (3,000 sq-ft total) may be leased for just $3,500 per month plus 
electricity, bandwidth, and any installation or management fees.

All backup power systems must be provided by the customer.

Please note that Fixstars Solutions is not in the ISP business and is not 
interested in renting a single rack, nor managing servers. This offer is for 
entities which desire to house a render farm, cluster, or data storage 
system.

Various levels of physical security are possible, but not currently installed.

Minimum 1 year contract. Offer ends March 15, 2009.
