 I suspect that this is the same for the iBooks as well. ctrl-cmd-power
will force a hard reset of the machine, even before the bootloader has
loaded, so it isn't controlled via software. Also, if you are compiling a
kernel for an iBook2 and you actually want to use the keyboard on it, you
need to compile with ADB support (found that out the hard way).
