I'm not sure it's really possible.  I think the keyboard and trackpad 
are not real ADB devices in and of themselves.  That's how it was 
done even back when Apple had ADB ports on their notebooks -- the 
devices were connected directly to the PMU via dedicated interfaces 
rather than sitting on the real physical ADB bus.  The PMU, as the 
ADB controller, could make them appear to be real ADB devices even 
though they weren't.  Now that there's no need for the physical ADB 
bus, it's my guess that they just removed everything but the virtual 
ADB for keyboard/trackpad from the PMU.
