ftp.kde.org and ftp.yellowdoglinux.com/pub/yellowdog/software/kde/3.0.0
They are compiled against YDL 2.2 and require that you remove KDE 2.x
rpms first.

They are also available from apt-get with the source line:

rpm ftp://ftp.yellowdoglinux.com/pub/yellowdog apt/2.2 kde3

(the apt RPM for YDL 2.2 is at
ftp://ftp.yellowdoglinux.com/pub/yellowdog/yellowdog-2.2/ppc/YellowDog/ppc/apt*)
