paul,

i've asked you a simple question 2 or 3 times now, yet you have been
unable to answer it. i'm sorry if you can't explain your situation,
but i can't help you if i don't understand the problem.

so, one more time...

if you have a domain, call it mydomain.com, and you have setup dns
so that the host www.mydomain.com has the ip address a.b.c.d,

_AND_

a machine on the same network as the server hosting www.mydomain.com
cannot get a valid response to 'nslookup www.mydomain.com', then you
cannot load that web page from that machine on your lan. you have a
dns problem.

changes made to the apache config will not fix a dns problem.

if this is not your situation, then you have not described it in a
manner sufficient for my understanding it.

you're welcome?
