Change mouse key emulation

Perhaps I missed them, but I never saw any responses to this question..
I have dug around in all the gui pref tools to find a spot to do this,
but none seem to exist...
I also looked at /etc/sysctl.conf (where I was used to setting such
things on other distros) but found no settings there at all, so I didn't
muck with it as I don't want to confuse my poor keyboard.
This is really driving me nuts though, cause half the time I stab for
the delete key, I hit the F12 as well....
